I probably gave Julian a challenge. A four year old V10 which had never been serviced and which had a broken trigger. I think the dust build up in it could be described as excessive. Anyhow, he only had for 24 - 36 hours and it's now like new, it even sounds right and has noticeably better suction. Thanks, Julian.

What a brilliant service, Julian was so responsive, and the turnaround time was excellent. I dropped off 2 dysons, he called me later to explain what needed to be done and the cost, they were ready in a matter of a few days. Fixed and all cleaned up too.

Went in to get the trigger fixed (common v11 fault), since we took it in to Dyson Doctors the whole hoover is performing far better. Went in 1 day as a broken Dyson, back out the next fixed. Really friendly and great service - highly recommended!
