Carlisle Student House

Perfect student accommodation with a very welcoming and accommodating landlord who was always prompt to action any requests I had during my stay. Excellent location just a short walk from the university and the town centre. Highly recommended.

I lived at two separate houses from Carlisle student house with both being in excellent condition and at a very reasonable price. Lydia (my point of contact) was attentive and friendly and I would strongly recommend living in one of their properties.

I loved living in Portland square. The house was lovely with plenty of space for four students. Super close to Botchergate, Fusehill Campus and a five min walk to all shops and supermarkets. Felt safe and comfortable in the area. Lydia was an absolutely amazing landlord, helping us when and where needed without hesitation. She was always on top of things and found quick solutions to any problem within the house. She always made sure to ask permission if entrance was required to the house and ensured all house appliances were top quality. Just a small portion of the many things she did for us: when the one section of the hob of the cooker broke, we texted her to let her know at 11am and she had a new one bought and installed by 5pm

Great location for university students in Carlisle. Lovely cozy home and would definitely recommend to students!

Been living in this property on aglionby st for 2 years now and Lydia and Tina our landlords are really good. Whenever we need something or if something breaks they are always a phone call away and super helpful. Would recommend living here! It’s a great location for students, in walking distance from Brampton road campus and we’re round the corner from Fusehill campus. Only 5 mins walk into town!

Had Lydia and Tina as my landladies for the last 3 years, I can honestly say there two of the best in Carlisle. Properties were both in great condition, with ample room and modern facilities, properties were also very clean. Rent is more than reasonable, with just a short walk to fusehill, and not far from Brampton road. Would recomend to any student in Carlisle looking for a new home for there studies.

Loved living in Portland square , the house was spacious and close to everything you could need, (uni, restaurants, shops etc) Lydia was so helpful with any issue or questions that we had while living there and I couldn't ask for a better place to live in Carlisle.
