Brilliant store. Went in to sort out a pair of school shoes which had been mis-measured in Bury st Edmunds, the lady that served us couldn't have been more helpful and patient with a little girl who had to choose between 2 pairs she liked.Thank you ladies

Staff are so patient and friendly.I went in to return some shoes that I had ordered for my brother, and spent around 20 minutes trying to find the email receipt and prove that the purchase was made using my card, as the email didn't have this information, and my phone signal kept on dropping out. Then when I had the proof, my Google wallet deleted all of my cards and I had to set it up again. During all of this, the girls just laughed and patiently waited.5 star service.

Caroline in the Newmarket branch was very friendly. My boy was very shy to start with but soon came out his shell. They got into a great discussion about what they could use the box for after, with Caroline mentioning they used it for their bearded dragon. Thank you for making his experience memorable.

Covid adhered to, must wear a mask.Buy your shoes from here rather than Cambridge where l live. Parking is easy and cheap. Staff have much more patience and professionalism and do not make you feel you have to hurry out of the shop. Puchased a good pair of black leather walking shoes that are soooo comfortable to wear and have lasted me forever. I shall be back when they wear out as l enjoy fitting my shoes here. I am treated with professionalism and courtesy. Try for yourself

Very polite/attentive staff and you don't have to wait too long for them to look for shoes/correct size from the back of the shop. A small shop, but, has a really good selection and seems to carry stock of multiple sizes. They did not have my specific shoe size for a pair of shoes in the sale, but, immediately checked their other local shops for stock. The staff member order them across, called me when they arrived and when I went in for collection it only took a few minutes process and pay for the shoes. Overall excellent service and would recommend.
