Fantastic service provided by Rob. Arranged the EPC assessment to be carried out a few days after I made the enquiry and then emailed across the certificate later the same day. Very friendly and efficient - would highly recommend and will use the services of Shine again.

Rang on Monday and was given a quote and an appointment for the next day at 13:30. I don't know what time he visited but had an email with a draft certificate attached at 16:30. Paid at about 17:00. Received a link to the certificate on the government website at about 18:00. Perfect!
