Found a great pair of red shoes for my 76 year old husband he loves his Sketchers

Nice shop. Friendly, helpful staff. Some good Bargains in there too.

Would like to commend Beth on her service and hospitality when shopping for a new pair of shoes. Beth endeavoured to get me the perfect pair of shoes and also helped me save money by encouraging me to take advantage of the deals at the time. She is a testament to the store and could not recommend her services highly enough.

For an outlet store it was quite expensive. The local Costco is better value. No wonder nobody was buying anything.

Extremely disappointing experience in the store. I purchased a pair of sketcher trainers 4 months ago, decided to wash the trainers (with a pair Veja trainers) and then speed up drying by placing both on a hand warm radiator. The Sketchers soles disintegrated and shrank and became complete unusable the Veja trainers were completely okay. It says on the label air dry do not tumble dry but it should say do not use any heat to dry! The manager refused a refund, refused a discount as a good will gesture on the replacement and what’s more the trainers stated they were now in the sale and were exactly the same price as I’d bought them 4 months ago. I wrote to the company about this a month ago and they never replied. So be warned DO NOT SPEED UP DRYING THESE TRAINERS IN ANYWAY and customer service is appalling!

Sketches at the outlet village near Gretna Green I found to be excellent. The ranges of trainers on the shelves were quite something. My daughter was looking for trainers for my Grandson and had been having no luck at other shoe outlets but visiting Sketchers proved to be an excellent choice as she managed to get my Grandson fixed up in no time. The staff were really helpful and nothing was too much trouble

Called in today and couldn’t find size i wanted. The Staff were so helpful that i ended up buying 2 pairs.Thank you so much for your help and advise.

Great place but beware sizes on boxes maybe wrong as they were a size out in the men's as these were marked up in USA sizes and ladies were quite a few sizes out so check with staff before purchasing. Otherwise Sketchers shoes are simply the best shoe around here.

Great store, very friendly staff and manager is so helpful. Popped in with family last week as my daughters lightup shoes weren't lighting up, to ask if their was anyway to fix them. Staff were great to advice, and offered to replace them their and then. Was shocked as didn't go in looking for replacement as its kids shoes after all. Staff are amazing, my daughter was so happy, new light up shoes :) thanks again
