Ashamed to say but this was my first time using the Tram from Birmingham Newstreet to Wolverhampton to attend a gig, last year Feb 2020.Smooth journey but very very crowded. Was on time and tickets were more checked up upon than normal train services - shocker!

Very clean, and not too busy for a commute! In comparison to noisy and over-crowded trains this is an attractive alternative.
