I was such a nervous patient and these lovely people were so caring and sweet...I'm so happy I found this dentist

**0 Stars**Just moved to the area and registered my 4 year old son as he had broken a tooth, booked an appointment for 2 weeks as that is the earliest they had. Turned up today on the date of the appointment and they had registered him but didn't put his appointment in despite a call from them confirming it. They then said we would have to wait until next Monday (nearly another week) for another appointment.

I have had the best experience ever at the sunningvale dental surgery I have very complex problems and my dentist Dr Venuja Srithar and her excellent dental nurse Stacy have held my hand and put me at ease the whole time They are both very kind extremely patient nothing is to much for them .I have experienced no pain because of their empathy to my problems and I would totally recommend you go to this surgery .

If 0 starts was an option that is what I would give.. terrible experience, my partner was a patient here a few years ago, they agreed to help him as he was suffering with bad teeth.. their plan was to remove his teeth as he suffered a calcium deficiency that rotted his teeth amd give him a set of dentures. They sent him to hospital to have his teeth removed and gave him a temporary set of dentures to use while his mouth was swollen.. the dentist used a bic lighter to melt the dentures as they did not fit..After burning himself with lighter he gave up and said they'll do!! We told them from the start they do not fit and are cutting his gums even more. Nothing was done!! They then removed him from their practice with no warning or explanation. 3 years later my partner still has no teeth is suffering with a bad eating disorder all because this dental practice did not finish the treatment they said they would. Would avoid using this practice!!!

DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE!!!!! The dentist drilled a HUGE hole in my tooth, into the nerve!! To put a filling in.. (there was a small hole initially) which didn’t last 2 minutes. It was then a BATTLE to get them to remove and it had an AWFUL infection. I booked an appointment which I unfortunately couldn’t attend, but I cancelled weeks prior. She then booked a second appointment which I told her I COULD NOT attend. She booked it anyway and, despite me calling and confirming I would NOT be at that appointment, SHE took me off the books!!!! So now I’m left with the damage SHE caused, NOWHERE accepting NHS and yet ANOTHER infection with NO treatment because of her damage!!!!!!
