I have used Harper's Concierge Services to provide a complete property management service for the last year. This involved sitting up the letting service and dealing with the initial post-build problems in the property. The level of service provided by Eddie and his team has been exceptional. Absolute reliability backed by technical input when needed and the high level personal attention that our customers require. I am very happy to absolutely recommend Harper's Concierge Services.

The transition from our previous arrangement was so smooth with all concerns and issues taken out of our hands and dealt with to perfection by Eddie. I have been using Harpers Concierge for my Holiday Lets in Edinburgh for the past 5 years.I have been impressed by their level of service, particularly their ability to tailor different services for different apartments / needs. Their meet and greet service is very useful given that I live away from the city and allows the guests to get familiar with the apartment and ask any questions.They also handle the key legal requirements such as boiler/gas inspection, PAC testing of electricals and monitor condition of the apartments, highlighting any defects and fixing most themselves as quick as possible.Additional flexibility in the form of the supply of blow up mattresses and cots have been very useful. The cleaning service they use is also very prompt and astute with any feedback / issues being dealt with.Eddie has been great to consult with on building my holiday let business. As someone who sees different apartments and models, he has been excellent at giving advice to help me with me future investments.Overall, this company has a really flexible model whilst maintaining high standards which suits my needs as a remote multi-holiday let owner and I would highly recommend them for others in a similar position.

Eddie and his team have been fantastic in managing my apartment. I needed someone I can trust especially when not living in Edinburgh. They offer a one stop shop property management solution for solo through to portfolio short term letting owners and hosts. I've been using Eddie and Harper's concierge service for a few months and I feel my property is in really good hands. The service I used before was really impersonal but Harper's are the opposite. I feel like my property is being looked after well and I am kept in the loop about everything. All issues with the flat are resolved quickly easily and at a reasonable price.
