Initial discussion with them was positive but from that point on they never followed up and were very unresponsive. It was hard work to make anything happen. They never returned to sort a small issue with the installation. It’s very hard to recommend a supplier like that.

They installed our EV charger around the middle of July and now the system has developed a fault about a week ago. I have called them last week to try and book and appointment for repairs but they said that they will call me tomorrow. They never did. I have waited 4 days and gave them a call back where they told me they will give me a call that day or next day. Again they did not do so I called back again next day around 16:20 and they said that they assure me to call me back tomorrow. I had enough. Because we don't have a charger it costs us 5 times more to use public charger which I assume they won't be reimbursing us for and 1 week went by and I still don't have an appointment let alone a repair. I do not know if they do this often but based on my experience I would avoid this company as much as possible. Will update once things progress.Update:Yesterday another crew showed up and replaced a faulty fuse for the charging system. The guys on site were absolutely amazing and efficient. They cleaned up the hanging wiring from the ceiling as well. They even had the same idea about how the wires were supposed to be taken outside the house compered to how the previous crew installed it so at least I know when I call out a company to move the wires I know it is possible. It`s too late to change that but maybe in a few years we can clean that up as well.I changed the 1 star to 4 stars due to the guys on site but on the customer service side appointments and bookings still need to be cleaned up. I hope you understand that I can not give an overall 5 star for this service.

Poor and slow service.I am still waiting for Bumblebee to install my charger. They were instructed by Arnold Clarke about the install on 30th August 2023. I replied to the email and sent images of the fuse box as requested on whatsapp the same day..I then heard nothing for 2 weeks. It took me chasing them for even a response and I was asked to resubmit the same info. Repeat this several times and they have done nothing except ask for more images which I have submitted promptly.Cut to the 15th of November and this pattern has persisted. it takes me to call them for ANY progress to occur and when I mean progress I mean them simply responding to me.To make things worse I submitted a complaint on the 8th of November via email and had no response. I called them and they were apologetic and the agent even told me it takes around 2 weeks to arrange an install.It has been over 2 monthsAwful.Their agents feign concern and never respond.Avoid.

They never response not bothered. You will never get called back, they will never follow up for you and you will have to chase them for absolutely everything.It took quite a while to get a quote from them, from there I was asked to pay promptly however I had to chase them up 2 days later for the invoice.I booked them through Arnoldclark and they told that its guaranteed two week installation. But it's a more then three week and still waiting for installation.

Promised a phone call to be booked in after 4 weeks and no call , disappointed to say the least after a good lengthy chat on the phone , so I’ll guess I’ll keep paying the price of public chargers , well done , looking for a reliable company to fit a ev charger

Dreadful across the board and I would honestly avoid them at all costs.For starters you will never get called back, they will never follow up for you and you will have to chase them for absolutely everything.It took quite a while to get a quote from them, from there I was asked to pay promptly however I had to chase them up 2 days later for the invoice. They sent me the wrong invoice at first and I again had to follow this up.Next they gave me a date for my install, no timeslot but I did receive an email at 6am on the day to confirm they would be arriving. Their team did not turn up at all for the install. I called 4 times that day with their team saying they couldn't get in contact with the team but they would definitely be arriving. This was apparently down to a system error, even though I was emailed multiple times about my install date.After being put in contact with one of the higher ups they asked for a different team to complete my install. That team was the only professional part of the service, they called, were on time and sorted absolutely everything.To make up for the numerous issues I had I was offered a refund on the extras I was sold. Then follows about another 15 calls to get this sorted, constantly told by their reps it was being processed, this was all lies. I was eventually processed a bit of the refund. I've then spent another 2 weeks chasing the rest of my money, including a conversation where the original person who offered the refund forget all about my issues and instead lead me on about something completely unrelated.It's been nearly 2 months since my original contact with Bumblebee EV, over 25 phonecalls, numerous messages and I still don't have all my money and I'm still not finished with this company. In their own customer service rep's words Our salesman don't really use WhatsApp they just jump on to check things"The service I've received is absolutely shocking from top to bottom

Charger now fitted the engineer that came and fitted was great he installed charger and help me download the app and set up, The owner Brian was great listened to my feedback and resolved my problem. Thanks Dave
