It's run-down, cold and echoey. Inside the echoes make the announcements incomprehensible, while outside the noise of the coaches drowns them out.If you want to get picked up or dropped off you are better off getting another bus! Sometimes the coaches will have difficulty getting in, adding extra time onto the journey. This problem was exacerbated by road works (thankfully finished now) which made it hard to reach even on foot!I wouldn't call it a nice coach station, not compared to others I have been to across the country. You can usually rely on a nice cafe, but I'd have to be pretty desperate to get a drink here.

Getting on my coach was a pain especially because it wasn't at a proper terminal, but on the side of the road in front of the station. Coach disappeared and we were told nothing. Had to go find out myself that there were mechanical issues. There's no screens to help keep track of your coach, and the smell inside of the station is stale and awful. Staff are nice though. Not great but not exactly something you can avoid.

Let's be fair. It's a bus station. What do we expect? There's a small cafe, toilets, waiting room for local and national buses and plenty of casual seating and most importantly the bus times and departure points are well displayed. Personally I think it's fine for its intended purpose

New bus station in Leicester.Very clean.Great service.Has reopened recently having all the buses from the old bus station and also including other companies that did not use to stop like flixbus or skylink.Has plenty of seats. There is space to charge your phone's/laptops.Protects from the cold and wind.Opens day and night 24h.

Smelly. Although recently refurbished, the place is dingy, dirty and smells horrible. LCC might like to employ a cleaner or 2 that can Clean.

It's a really bad first impression to give people visiting Leicester. The toilets have an attendant so they feel save, but are very dirty and cramped. Wipe your feet on the way out. There is a tacky cafe on site that needs investment. The food I've had there is fine though. The whole place needs investment, please make it happen.

What do you expect? Buses not turning up, 6 ladies toilets but only 1 you can actually use. So much for the new bus station!

The station is strategically located for ease of locating and use. It's very close to the city centre and from the station you can get coaches to London and other areas. I actually alighted here when I boarded a coach from Golders Green in London. I also boarded a coach from the station back to London. I had a smooth boarding and transportation experience.

Drab interior for a new bus station. Shocking traffic flows in, out and round. Best bit, the cafe, new modern and the best flat white in town
