Popped in today to get a small piece of mirrored glass cut. Did it straight away for a small charge. Friendly and professional guys. Absolute pleasure to deal with. Even though it was a small job top customer service

Do Not Employ this Band of Expensive Cowboys!!!FENSA came and checked their workmanship- And Failed the Two Windows M/C Glass installed.After Paying £2,500 for these Two Windows, I contacted FENSA and they Made M/C Glass return -with much disruption to me- to Repair their Faulty Workmanship.M/C Glass have Never supplied an Invoice for Works Carried Out.A 10 Year Gaurantee of New Work.Another FENSA Inspection Gaurantee.M/C Glass conveniently hang up the telephone when I phone them now. After 2 Years of Asking for Confirmation of their Works Carried Out- -Which is Appalling - it is Easier for this Dreadful Company to Ignore me!!Warning to others - there Are Far Better Window Fitters - than M/C Glass.

Not impressed. First appointment cancelled on the day. Had to come back after windows were eventually fitted due to one of them not being fitted correctly. A basic mistake that shouldn't have happened and cost us time and money to sort. Tiles near bath cracked by wreckless fitters the first time. We were told we'd get compensation for money lost and heard nothing. Won't use again. A shame as we like supporting local companies and we're just about to do a large extension and conservatory which needs plenty of glazing!

Needed a small bit of glass cut. Very cheap and efficient. It was much cheaper than buying a glass cutter from Amazon and doing it myself. Not as easy it looks on Mission Impossible. Lovely to see a man polishing and cleaning the reception area just because he wanted it to make look nice.

We have had to travel from the north west to Bexhill to sort out urgent care for my uncle who is nearly 99. Carers were sorted out but it was immediately obvious that access for them would be a problem due to a faulty entrance door.I rang MC Glass and within 30 minutes a technician arrived and sorted the problem out. ---- Simply perfect service- thanks so much.

I had four large-ish window panes replaced where the double glazed units had 'blown'. The estimated cost was very reasonable - much cheaper than I was expecting. I received confirmation by post and good telephone communications arranging for the work to be done. The two guys who came and fitted the units worked efficiently, cleanly and without fuss. Extremely pleased with the result. Excellent service all round. Would highly recommend MC Glass. Many thanks

Had them come out to repair conservatory roof due to it leaking. They said that they had repaired to roof and charged nearly £1000 to do this. They had not repaired the leak as the roof still continued to leak. We tryed to contact them about this issue, but they ignored are calls and letter. They then finally reply telling us we needed a new roof. We asked for a refund as they were unable to repair the roof. But was ignored! Do not use this company they will rip you off.

Tried numerous times to call these people on different days and different times of the day wanting a job done - all usual push this button push that button and so on. Complete waste of time NOBODY ANSWERS not even the Sales button responds. No idea how they keep going. Not the best way to run a business.
