As part of an immigration procedure, we were required to obtain a series of documents from countries in the Middle East where we had lived. I first met Dawn in March last year in respect of having to obtain the required stamps and signatures associated with documents required for the sale of a property in USA. This requirement was at short notice and Dawn was able to see me within 24hrs and certify the document at home. How ever the sale did not go ahead and was delayed until October 2022 when again I was given little notice to obtain the necessary certification and return these to the USA. I contacted Dawn and without hesitation saw me that evening at home and certified the documents. Again the transaction did not go ahead and a third attempt occurred in March this year with little warning and short timescale. I immediately contacted Dawn and she saw me that evening at home and certified the required papers which I could return with little delay to the USA which this time the sale went through.I can honestly say that without Dawn’s professional assistance at short notice 3 times the sale would not have progressed.
