Highly recommended, have used them for boiler services on my current and previous properties.Friendly, knowledgeable and fair priced - everything explained as they went along and you can tell that Chris knows his stuff.Previously I had a service plan with British Gas who couldn't deliver, best move I made was switching to Gasplan and supporting a local business.

We were without hot water and heating when we contacted Gasplan as our tank had leaked through our ceilings and had been disconnected.I simply can’t praise Chris enough for his outstanding service; professional, friendly, knowledgeable, conscientious and respectful of our home. He did an excellent job and was extremely clean and tidy.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gasplan, they were reliable and trustworthy and did an outstanding job. Many thanks.

Very professional service. Have had our boiler serviced and a radiator fitted today. Extremely pleasant, friendly guys who did a brilliant job. Very tidy, left no mess at all. Would definitely recommend. They do a good value service plan that we are going to join.

Many thanks to Chris for top service when I had problems with my boiler, gave me a day and time when he could attend. Came a spent best part of 2 hours sorting problem, came back following morning fitted new part, excellent service. Highly recommend.

Really impressed by Chris and his team. Our old boiler was well and truly defunct. Chris explained thoroughly what would be involved in installing a new boiler and gave us a very reasonable quote. The team were punctual, diligent, tidy and good humoured. Best of all, they persevered with the eccentric pipework in our house and brought back to life a radiator in our lounge that hadn't worked for 15 years (despite the efforts of other plumbers)! They were also quick to come back to sort out a few niggles in the new system. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Chris fitted a new boiler for us and the job was first class! Would highly recommend to anyone needing gas work carrying out. He’s a fantastic guy, polite and helpful .

2wks ago my boiler stopped working, ignition lockout last thing I needed, but I rang Chris at gasplan and he came out the same day, Chris told me there was a few issues with the boiler, being a tenant, Chris offered to ring my landlord and explain the issue to him for me, which he did the landlord agreed to a new boiler and I was even happier that he agreed to Chris doing the work.. a week later Chris and his team Al & Dan we installing a brand new boiler in the my home... they were all brilliant kept me updated on what was happening, they were very professional, I can't tell they have been in and installed the new boiler as it is so neat & tidy.I would & will recommend Gasplan to anybody who is looking for a engineer to come out and do checks on you boiler and those looking to have a new boiler installed....I cant thank Chris and his team at Gasplan

Chris has just fitted a new boiler, upgraded some radiators and installed heated towel rails for us. From the first meeting Chris was professional and well presented, communication was great and easily understandable.The work took place over 2.5 days and Chris and his team did a fantastic job. There is always a surprise lurking somewhere and the old installation certainly gave Chris a challenge, but this was all taken in his stride and he addressed the issues in a very professional manner.It is worth noting that for the first 2 days my wife was home alone with the Gasplan team. She felt completely at ease with Chris and his teams professional attitude. If i could give an extra star for this, i would.The work is first class with a very neat and professional finish. The house was clean and tidy and it all works perfectly, you cant ask for more than that. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chris and his excellent team.
