Nelson is great!Will definitely use him again and would highly recommend.My heating water pump had seized which he replaced quickly and efficiently but there was still a problem and we had no hot water. Nelson took the extra time to investigate the problem and provide us with a temporary solution so we had hot water.He went over and above what was expected and agreed.Thank you Nelson!

Nelson is extremely professional and efficient. We have used his services on several occasions including once when we were advised by someone else our issue couldn’t be sorted and he managed to fix it easily. We now get him to come yearly to service our boiler yearly and we couldn’t be happier with his care and service. We highly recommend him

We had a nightmare experience with a malfunctioning toilet which resulted in “poomageddon.” Nelson was with us within hours, found the problem and fixed it. He is punctual, responds to messages promptly, is professional, knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced. Many other tradesmen would have taken advantage of our desperate situation. Highly recommended.

Very pleasant and honest experience which has not been the case with other plumbers. Nelson was great at identifying the problem and solving it quickly and efficiently. Very respectful around the house. First time I have used Nelson but strongly recommend to anyone and will be calling him back for future jobs.
