I bought a jeep compass through mp motor group in February.It was a long distance purchase as I had read the reviews, and the car was the spec and colour I wanted.I dealt with a guy called Tony, who assured me that mp motor group dealt with longer distance purchases all the time, so my experience should be the same as if I had walked into the showroom....it really wasn't.The car arrived, scuffs on alloys, stone chips in paintwork, inside of the car not overly clean, a melted sweet glued to the drivers door pocket, I called Tony, who had said the car would have any imperfections dealt with, he was fairly dismissive and said it was a used car, so not going to be 100%, and sent me the reminded email that I could, if I wished, return the car within a certain time frame, but as I had part exchanged my previous car my options were limited..Tony had stated that a service would be carried out before the car arrived, I checked the service book, and no stamp was present, so I called Tony, he sent me an email with a copy of the service details.I noticed from day one that the car was underpowered, but as I had gone from a 2 ltr diesel I assumed that was normal.Two days after the car arrived the service light came on intermittently, so called Tony, apparently the garage hasn't reset it, took to a local garage who couldn't do it as the service hadn't been completed by them, so then took to a main dealer who again said that as I hadn't had the service with them, there was nothing I could do apart from wait until the next service.Skip 3 weeks, car just doesn't feel right, so took back to main dealer, the turbo was on its way out, explaining the under performance, BE AWARE.....THE WARRANT SUPPLIED WITH YOUR CAR ONLY COVERS £500 OF REPAIRS!!!!Fortunately, the previous owner had taken out the extended manufacturer warranty, the repair came in at over £3000...When I came to pick up my car from the main dealer there was an issue which took ages to deal with because THE SERVICE BOOK HAD NOT BEEN STAMPED. So I had to make numerous calls to try and sort this out.My car is now making a rattling noise from the clutch, so after only 9 months of ownership I have decided to chop it in....but have realised that I never received the logbook, so now have to try and sort that....I called the garage, Tony has left, and the manager is away for 2 weeks...apparently no-one else employed is capable of sorting this....call back once he is off holiday....Seriously, customer service at its worse.

Can’t give anything but praise to this place, no pressure to buy and comfortable environment. Was able to look around without eyes watching. The encouragement to take the car on a long test drive to make sure it was right for me etc. Norman was great letting us know when my mini was ready to collect.

Bought my new car from MP motor company, Norman was my salesman very professional polite and kept me in the loop from start of sale all the way to collection felt very welcome and not a forced sale at all after searching for months for the right car and feeling forced by other sales places close by came across as too pushy for a sale I feel I made the right choice in buying from Mp instead of any other car sales places in the area would definitely recommend buying from these guys!! And I got an extended warranty at an amazing price!! Thanks again Norman and team over at Mp

Bought a Mini Countryman and the service from beginning until end was superb. Nigel really looked after us, there was no pressure, no pushing of any extras.We part exchanged our existing vehicle, which we were given a fair price for and they sorted the finance for us, settling the old amount and setting up the new one without any fuss.Really impressed and would certainly look at coming back when we need another car.

Fantastic service throughout from start to finish including the aftercare. Niko helped with all my queries and sale of the car. Cannot thank you enough. Buying a car that’s a substantial amount to someone is a big thing. To be able to do this and make sure you find your car for me you have to test drive some. Why would you not., not at this garage they don’t like you testing more than one.After test driving a car 2 weeks ago and with a nice guy helping us we wanted to drive another similar car this weekend as very keen to buy a car soon with the money sat in the bank. Booked a test drive through the manager in the week, only to be met with you can’t test drive this car today unless you’re going to buy it from the sales person . Won’t be put under pressure to buy a car until I’m ready, so we left but you’ve just lost a 20k sale as we won’t be spending our money in this garage!!If it wasn’t for the good service the week before it would be getting 1 star
