Alan was great from start to finish. We were first time buyers so weren’t sure about the process and lots of the terminology but Alan was always happy to talk us through any of our questions and put our minds at ease. Within two weeks of contacting Alan the survey had been booked, conducted and reported, and the sellers even commented on what a thorough job he did! The detail in the report also enabled us to renegotiate with our sellers to ensure we weren’t over paying given the current market valuation and repair work required. Definitely will be recommending Alan to our friends and family and will use again in the future!

Alan was a gem. Agreed to do a full survey for us at a very competitive price and arranged it promptly in spite of being very busy. We had the very comprehensive report within a few days and Alan took the time to talk me through it and explain everything. I would certainly recommend Alan to anybody.

Excellent, personalised service! Couldn’t recommend more highly. Alan fully explained the process, survey options and what the chosen survey would include. He viewed the property promptly on the day he promised and called that evening with a brief preliminary verbal report. Fantastic service from Alan. He was so quick to reply to our initial quote enquiry and we were able to book our survey for shortly after. After the survey Alan provided us with an extremely comprehensive written report and also phoned us to provide an overview of the key findings which was super helpful and gave us the chance to ask any questions we had. Alan was super efficient, honest, open and friendly. He supported us through the whole process and answered all of our questions that we threw at him. Would definitely recommend Alan as a surveyor! He was very prompt at replying to my queries and although we had a few technical hitches with email we managed to sort them out quickly. The seller was due to go in for a heart operation and so both parties were eager to get the survey completed before this happened. Once Alan was told this he got the survey done earlier than intended. He talked me through it all over the phone first before sending us a detailed report a few days later, which helped me to understand it all more easily. Once again a big thank you to Alan.

Alan responded back very quickly. I had previously phoned around but some surveyors did not do the level 3 and those that did could not visit the property for weeks.
