Excellent customer service replacement fridge delivered within 6 hours of phoning for assistance 2 days before Xmas. I always use this business for my white goods always very helpful and knowledgeable.

If you live in London's SE4/6/12/13, it's definitely worth a look, nice to give local shop some business, you might even get a better service than Argo's or Curry's. They operate under the Euronics name online where I ordered a washing machine. I spoke with this shop's assistant to arrange delivery on the phone, he was polite and very pleasant to deal with.

Perry was efficient and knowledgeable about the washing machines available from what I was looking for and arranged to deliver, install and test the machine the following day! They also took the old one away which was really helpful. Excellent service and value for money. Definitely check them out if you're looking for electricals!!

Small selection but they were able to install a new dishwasher in 3 days when everywhere else was two weeks. Lovely customer service.

What can i say, the reviews are highly accurate. This was the first time I used Leonards. Perry and the team at Leonards are absolutely awesome! The product i initially enquired about was not in stock, but Perry advised a great range of alternatives, with great pricing that matches or betters the online retailers that i were considering. All my questions were responded to within an hour which is also outstanding. The installation went seamlessly with my tenant, which Leonards organised direct. I will definately use Leonards services again. There is no online retailer that can match this level provided by this local supplier and installer. Support local!! Great job team Leonards!

I was in dire need of a tumble dryer. Called Leonard’s and spoke to Perry about the various energy rating (A+++). Not only he was informative but he gave me a great deal in an ex display machine. We booked the delivery for the following. I have bought and straight to delivery in less than 24 hours. The delivery guys were awesome. Gave me a tour of the basic features. A great experience. I cannot thank Perry enough!!!!We had tried to arrange a new fridge for our tenants and ordered three different fridges from major online providers. Each time, the couriers kept cancelling and our tenants were without refrigerations for 4/5 days. Finally I called Leonards and Perry identified a suitable, well priced product. He had it delivered within a couple of hours.I am just disappointed I didn't start local at the beginning of our search. Highly recommend!
