Staff was very rude at the Ryman Manchester Arndale DHL, the man behind till on closing shift on 03/12/2023 was very rude and impatient, no customer service skills he looked like he was in a rush to go home and did not want to be at work, it was 15 minutes before closing) from the way he was rushing me causing me to be stressed whilst I had important parcels to send he also did not bother to help me never using this service again

It was alright. Not the best place to shop but the staff were amazing. Very helpful. It didn't have everything I wanted but it was still very nice
