Greggs

Good for a snack. Sadly a lot of customers come in pick up food and drink then leave without paying.

The service is slow, and three times they have messed up or not asked)activated the app. There is a Greggs around the corner that's quicker

The vegan sausage rolls are awesome. As a meat eater they are the first meat alternative I actually like. Will be great to reduce my carbon footprint by eating less meat. Also the queue was out of the door but the staff are really quick, yet friendly. It took less than two minutes to be in and out.

Typical small Greggs shop with a small, clean seated area. Consistent Greggs food/ choices. Staff friendly and effecient.

Fast, friendly and efficient takeaway service. Although prices have increased, still acceptable. Varied selection of pasties, sausage rolls sandwiches, cakes etc. And the coffee is nice and hot!! Can't post a photo, as ate my food before thinking about it!

Went to this greggs at 9.30ish am my daughter had a breakfast deal myself a cup of tea. Nothing wrong with our food. The young girl that served us was smart clean uniform an lovely. The problem was i greggs it self it was dirty the floor tables windows on the unside around where you help yourself to milk etc. The buns over flowing and need wiping around. The fridges was empty. I could see 3 member of staff one working in the back the girl serving, but in between customers her and the young lad was just stood about propping up the counter probably they thought that was in their job description and the cleaning and sweeping of the shop wasnt. !!!! Come on greggs get your staff to pull their finger out especially in this store. The photos do not justify the dirt i saw they didnt turn out good didnt want to be seen with my phone out.

The shop was full of people sitting around with nothing to eat or drink, almost a refuge. The queue was long as there were not enough staff on to cope. I witnessed one woman take a few items, sandwiches, drinks and cakes and walk out without paying or at least it looked like that, maybe she would've paid if the wait was less. Told after I had purchased my food that I'd have no choice but to take away the food as it was almost closing time. Still Greg's is a good no-nonsense place to get reasonably priced food.

Capacious and situated in the heart of Leeds City Centre.Your typical Gregg's staff are not the brightest and certainly not polite.Staff are not very friendly and unprofessional. I found a member of staff shouting at customers.I found my visit to be unpleasant and the branch to be unsanitary.

Never have enough staff in the morning before people go to work, only one person serving with Queues out of the door, on many occasions the coffee machine is put of order. I would have thought for a major establishment such as Greggs that they would have better services.
