I take my son who has Autism and Learning Disability’s to Ears Matters Exeter and the kindness and professionalism he receives is outstanding! They are truly amazing with the service they provide. I can’t recommend them highly enough. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Having blocked an ear while swimming I had been struggling to hear for a week and a half. I wish I'd booked earlier as it is such a relief to have my hearing back! The service was extremely professional and the knowlege and understanding exceptional. When microsuction didn't quite work the irrigation treatment quickly sorted it. So glad to have it all done in the same appointment and it was a very comfortable process. I'd almost go as far as saying enjoyable - a thorough ear cleanse. Ear Matters was recommended to me and I wouldn't hestiate to recommend to others.

I attended ear matters recently as a new customer.Rebecca made me very welcome and fully explained the treatment.The removal of the wax was easy and comfortable,I was then given advice on after care and felt confident that any concerns would be treated with care.I would recommend ear matters to anyone considering this treatment,to improve their ear comfort,it has made a huge difference.

The professional and caring approach was very reassuring. Joanne explains everything and does a thorough consultation before the treatment. The treatment itself was quick, easy and the results are instant. These people are accredited with the Quality Care Commission (so many are not), so definitely recommend. 5 stars

Iv taken my 89 year old mum to Becky twice now and we have always had the best service . Becky has such a lovely kind and gentle way with my mum that the whole experience is a pleasure.

I had to have ear wax taken out the other day and was thoroughly impressed with the service. Joanna was very friendly and explained the procedure beforehand - everything was sorted in about 20 minutes. Highly recommended.

Jo of Ear Matters in Exeter is fab! I was on a golf and surfing holiday in the Southwest and my ear plugged badly. I called Jo while she was out in the garden with her 25-year old daughter. Jo was very kind in arranging her day around seeing me at 16:00. Even though I was a bit late for the appointment due to traffic and parking, Jo was very kind when I arrived. She quickly extracted the severely impacted build-up in my ear. Jo also was very professional in asking me many due diligence questions to ensure that I was taken care of really well. I highly recommend Jo and Ear Matters Exeter to everyone! What a breath of fresh air in this day and age.

I had microsuction here and it was the best money I think I've ever spent. I'd suffered from partial hearing loss in one ear but within 20 minutes both ears were cleaned thoroughly and my hearing was fully restored. The advice I was given was excellent and I'll be better at looking after my ears in future
