I went to hypnotherapy for help with grinding my teeth in my sleep. After 3 sessions, I was considerably better. Though I do still do it on occasion, I no longer am waking up my boyfriend with the noise of my own jaw! Definitely worth trying & would happily recommend to others.

I went to Garry for help around food. I have just finished my 4th week session, and within that time I have lost 7 1/2lb. I feel more in control around food and even in other areas of my life. Garry is a lovely, kind man, who made me feel at ease from day 1. I highly recommend his services if you're struggling with something.

Highly recommend Gary, really professional and patient person. Had 5 sessions of hypnotherapy and wish I had done it years ago. He took time to get to know me and helped me get onto the road to what I want to achieve. Another reviewer use the term lightbulb moments, and that was certainly the case for me. He genuinely has your best interest at heart and wants you to succeed.A key point for me was I was able, but just needed some help to recognise and accept it and get into the right mindset which he certainly has helped me achieve.

When we initially booked an appointment with Garry I could have never imagined such an amazing result that fast. Helped my 9 year old in only 3 sessions. Still room to grow on her own now, but 3 sessions ago she was really struggling mentally and now back to school, training and simply smily kid that enjoys life, just as she’s always been before the incident that shook her. Can’t recommend enough!! Worth mentioning - cbt professionals weren’t able to achieve the half of the result in much much longer with her. If you still on the fence or cbt wasn’t bringing the results you expected - give it a go and I’m 100% you wont regret it!

I can’t thank Garry enough, having not been able to drive on dual carriageways or motorways for the past 20 months, due to some psychological issues, Garry got to the route cause, and guided me through 3 sessions of hypnotherapy to a point where my life is now back to normal. I have now been away on holiday to Somerset towing the caravan for the 1st time in nearly two years (travelling all the way on either dual carriageways or motorways). My only regret is that I didn’t choose to seek help from Garry sooner.

Gary helped me when I was suffering from anxiety and stress from various work related situation's, his sessions were very calming and helpful. I'm feeling a lot better now but it's reassuring to know that if it all gets too much again he's there to help.
