Highly recommend Richard, makes you feel at ease, listens to all your concerns and explains everything as he goes along. My back feels much better since my sports massage last Monday and I was able to gain insight to what Richard thought I had done. Cannot fault him in the slightest. If you have an ache or struggling to move get yourself to Richard.

Great service, Richard was able to help with my issue despite it being rather difficult to find a cause. He did extra research into olympic weightlifting to understand my movement patterns better and was able to find weaknesses that were creating compensations that eventually caused my pain. Ive added in the strengthening exercises he recommended and have got back to my original numbers very quickly and I'm having no more pain! This only took 2 sessions together.

Not only was Richard able to see me quickly, but he also managed to sort out the issue in one visit! I cannot rate him enough, quick, efficient and 'almost' pain-free! (The good type of pain though)!

Richard was very helpful, giving practical advice regarding my running injury/pulled muscle, ultimately allowing me to complete my second marathon with a PB. The sports massage also helped identify the muscles causing the issues. Would definitely recommend him!
