Excellent friendly service. Ordered 24 brass handles for my kitchen cabinets. Unfortunately, someone in despatch forgot to take his socks off, and I only received 23.After a quick phone call to tell them about the error, the missing handle was despatched and was received within 24 hours..Thoroughly recommend this company, and they use an excellent courier as well

Bought a Front door handle at the warehouse/store great quality and really pleased with the service. Also ordered a door security chain and received an email within 3 days advising ready to pick . All in all great service and products. Would definitely recommend

I have placed an order for several door handles and locks with a shipping time of 2-5 days. A week has passed and no information from company at all. I went on chat just to find out that the handles are on backorder for another month and nobody bothered to contact me. I had carpenters booked and had to cancel.

Bought 10 door handles from DHC and they've all fallen apart. Terrible quality and I can't find any details of their warranty like other handle shops. Most of them offer 10 years but seeing the quality of these, I'm not surprised they offer no warranty.Was about to buy some different handles but I just checked who I purchased these shoddy handles from and I'm glad I looked back at my emails.Would never purchase from these again and I will not be recommending to anyone neither.There seems to be a reason why they are rated 2.6 stars to their business name, don't order and find somewhere else to buy from!

I was looking online for door furniture but was very confused with size and finish, needed to see them in person. Searched for a local store. So glad I found this showroom. Service was excellent, Shelley is great, really helpful and knowledgable and quick to find exactly what I wanted plus prices are cheapest around. Thank you

Ordered 5 sets of door handles, easy to order. Everywhere I tried to order these from was out of stock so was understandably a few weeks wait. All was delivered, no problems, beautiful door handles!!

Went in to look at their stock. The staff were very helpful, arranged samples and free delivery of handles, and even gave a discount off list price. I've not had an issue with getting through on the phone as some have said here. The only downside I would say is they have a voice message over lunchtime, but that didn't cause any issues for me, just called back later. Thank you for all your help!

Do not buy door handles from this company.These are supposed to be black nickel. After between 1 and 2 years of use by two adults, this is what they look like.Their customer service team tried to blame me wearing rings that have caused the damage because 1 photo I sent of the handles removed contained me wearing a ring at the top of my index finger which is a recent birthday present. When we had the handles on our doors (they've since all been replaced) I've never ever worn any rings.I'm not sure about you, but I open door handles with my palm, not my finger tip in any instance.Really poor customer service, and as you can see from the other reviews, the products are just shocking quality. All of the barrels we also bought from this company are knackered and have all been replaced too.

AVOID DHC!!!They have had my money for over 3 weeks and my items still haven't been delivered.Tried calling themTried emailing them- including their managerTried their web chatTried their contact us formBeen lied to on multiple occasions that my items will arrive- now 3 weeks later- still not here. Had to file claim to get my money back.
