Great service, Matt took time to explain how everything worked and left everything tidy, Becky, who runs the admin side of things, was very helpful and there was no pressure to buy once I had expressed an interest. I'm very happy with my air to air heat pump (air conditioning unit) which I'm currently using to heat part of my house. Definitely recommend this company if you're looking at installing this sort of system

I wanted air-conditioning as I live in a well insulated, warm new build and have a baby. From the get go the company were quick from communication with Becky, Tom (the owner) visiting and giving me a quote. Ian Nickalls is the electrician who fitted the mains power and is who the company use (this is optional). I would highly recommend him as he clearly has a lot of experience and was a lovely man. Mark the engineer was brilliant at fitting the units. He was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He clearly wanted to do a good job and make sure we were happy customers. He explained everything clearly. Also, the house and garden was clean and cleared before he left. Would definitely recommend and use the company again. 10/10

Very helpful company from initial enquiry to completion of contract. Matt, the engineer was very polite and professional, electricians too, fast and competent. Matt left site tidier than he found it and ensured that I was totally familiar with the controls before leaving. Overall an A1 service and I would not hesitate recommend them.

Where do I start? Fantastic job done by Matt, Rob and electricians Ian and Will.Quoting for the job was so easy and Matt was so helpful, not remotely pushy, no hard sell.Becky in the office was very easy to contact and super helpful with arranging dates and getting the work booked in.All the team turned up exactly when they said they would, and were so neat and tidy with their work, nothing was left in a mess, everything hoovered and wiped down and outside was swept clean.Matt took time to fully show me how to use the system, the remotes, the app, best way we could use the units for our room sizes and layouts etc. Ensured I could ask any questions I had and showed me some simple maintenance to do.Every time we have work done in the house there's always a problem, a drama, someone doesn't turn up, doesn't do the best job etc...not this time. Cannot fault any element of the service, highly recommend all the team. Thank you!

Really great service from Advantage, very professional. Matt was very respectful of my work place where I was having the unit installed and took the time to ensure everything was perfect and how I wanted it. Becky was really lovely and communication was great and she answered all questions I had. Loving my new air con unit and so glad I used Advantage.

The Company were very helpful and friendly and made the whole experience hassle free, from the survey and quotation to the installation .The unit installed is of excellent quality and value and the work was carried out perfectly and a thorough demonstration was given before the engineer left my property . Can't fault this firm.

From quote to installation Advanced Air Conditioning were great. Very professional, very knowledgeable, and prompt. The air con works very well (sometimes too well) in our little girls bedroom and surprisingly energy efficient. Matt left the room and outside immaculate after install.

I was impressed from the start! Becky in the office arranged everything and it ran like clock work. Matt the engineer surveyed the job and later attended and installed the air conditioning in our bedroom.
