Excellent service, my phone call was answered immediately and they understood the issue. Advising an engineer would be on route imminently.The engineer was fast and knowledgeable understanding the fault quickly and able to explain in layman terms. He was able to troubleshoot the issue and had a wonderful professional manner as well as the correct equipment in his van to repair the problem.

In the Caterıng business I have tried many Refrigeration services for the Freezer, but I never come across a person that is very very reliable. Very honest and the job is done very very professionally. I am grateful that such a person still exists. He was a long way away from my location he done 2 freezers for me. And how I wanted it. He kept on rechecking till he was satisfied.
