Fantastic to have a world class piano business operating out of a small Somerset village.Buying, selling, restoration and tuning all carried out with friendliness and attention to detail. Having had a Broadwood Grand which I bought here nearly 20 years ago, I've recently upgraded to a Bechstein Grand and I'm delighted with it.

Reuben was so helpful advising and recommending a first piano to get for my 10 year old daughter for Christmas. He took his time discussing and answering my questions. He's competent, patient, and very pleasant. I'm glad we got our piano from Reuben Katz!

Reuben Katz supplied a great piano - it fitted our needs perfectly and at a good price. The great thing was that he really knew about the piano and told us that it had a really good action. He explained that it is what is on the inside that is really important, it was good that the small, modern case matched our requirements too!! Thanks.
