This is the second time I have visited the Hidden Gem. I had the Deep tissue massage and I can’t fault the whole experience, so relaxing and tranquil. I’m looking forward to booking more regular in the future.

I had an express spray tan the day before my holiday which Laura really really kindly squeezed me in for. It was beautiful! Being someone who is very pale, I was nervous in terms of it looking orange but it honestly looked so natural! Would definitely recommend and will be back again for more treatments. Hidden gem indeed!

I recently got married in June and myself and my bridesmaid all had our bridal makeup down by Laura, she is absolutely fantastic and I felt so beautiful in my big day the products laura used were amazing and I was blown away with the results I would highly recommend to anyone looking for bridal makeup.

I ordered a £40 gift voucher and only £20 arrived. I notified Laura on email and she replied straight away! She dropped off the rest of the voucher to my front door the same day! Such a brilliant customer service. I’ve had a spray tan and lash extensions done with Laura previously and she’s always been amazing! I would 100% recommend hidden gem to anyone who appreciates incredible customer service.
