If i could give it 0 i definitely would ! This morning i have called 50 times since its been open at 8 with a issue concerning a child . I tried calling yesterday too but still at 8:10 the answering machine says all appointments taken . Even the doctors inside don't care one bit they want you in and out. Most issues will be told to be solved by anything over the counter" although i had tried alot. This doctors is terrible always packed and stinks ."

Absolute shambles ! Been trying for 2 days to get an appointment for my son , you cannot speak to a human only a robot lady ! I ring from 8am only to find out all appointments have been taken ! Will end up at a&e I think and get a telling off for being there ! What other choice do I have !! I do not recommend this surgery to anyone , we will be moving as soon as we can find a new surgery ! Very disappointed!!!!!

Since they have changed to booking appointments only over the phone then I have been able to get an appointment on the day. Has relieved the stressful phoning first thing.

Have been with this practice since it started, and way back before then when it was in lower brook street, got worse over the past few years to the extent that it is almost impossible to get an appointment if you work and now cannot even get repeat prescriptions over the phone.Yesterday was the last straw, after waiting to park for 15 mins, got into the reception 10 mins late, unable to use screen to book in so asked at reception where i was told by the arrogant miserable receptionist i was entered as 'not attending' unable to get in again but was told, 'to avoid car park delays in the future book an early appointment'...fuming wasn't the word, its difficult enough to try to get an appointment let alone a specific time. pharmacy can never find your medication, the whole place is an absolute shambles now so have downloaded forms to change doctors.

Staff have awful attitudes to work and deliberately lie to you. Most recently we tried to book an appointment with the travel nurse nearly 3 months before our travel. We were told it's too early, we have to call no earlier than 1st Nov (travelling in December) We managed to get a phone appointment today (21st Nov) only to be told it's too late to get some vaccinations because it's too short notice and other won't give us the best protection because they are most effective a longer time after taking them. Another issue was being told it's a phone appointment then at 3pm on a Friday afternoon getting a text to say my appointment was in surgery. Another 45 minute phone call on hold got me through to someone, only to be told just ignore the text it was sent by mistake"..?!Not long ago I was also rushed to A&E and discharged with the advice to get an urgent appointment with the GP in the morning to follow up on the next steps of treatment. I tried calling as soon as they were "open" and the line was engaged for an hour and a half. I tried multiple times throughout the day and finally got through after lunch. I explained the situation and was told there's no appointments and I could not even get an emergency appointment. So

It’s bad enough trying to get through, but when you do the receptionists are diabolical. I wish I could find out their names and talk to them face to face. I’ve been with this surgery for nearly 20 years and the receptionists are always the same. Horrible horrible people with no manners.

Quite an appalling booking system, incredibly difficult to get through, no online booking, no walk in booking, only a semi-permanently engaged telephone line. Something really needs to be done about this, speaking to neighbours the reputation of what was once a hghly regarded practice seems to be going down the pan !!!

Absolutely discusting! My son urgently needed an appointment and I called up at 8am and kept getting to voice mail for over an hour!!! Called again at 9… then it rang loads and went to voicemail! Kept doing this multiple times!!! I called at 3pm after work and they said ring at 8am!!! I also found the lady I spoke to VERY RUDE. I don’t want to use up hospital time people need that but my son needs to be seen!!!! I have now changed doctors and I do NOT recommend.

Worst surgery I've ever been with can never get an appointment, oh yeah phone at 8am and you might get through around 9.30 am to be told there's no appointments left. The lady on the reception desk is so rude and what an attitude.
