I had a fantastic first session with Louise, she was very caring and professional and gave me loads of advice on how to treat my C-section scar and my post partum belly muscles, in relation to diastasis recti.She was also very understanding and managed to massage me even when I was breastfeeding my 6 week old. Louise listened to all my concerns and gave me the best care and followed up with some very useful exercises to do at home. Looking forward to my next session (this time without baby!).Thank you!!

I had my first massage today and it was absolutely amazing! Louise made me feel relaxed from the second I walked into the room to the minute I reluctantly had to leave. She is so much more than a massage therapist, with previous experience as a chiropractor, so I felt I was in very good hands. I have a very tight back and I felt like every problematic area was tackled perfectly. You just don’t get a massage this good, anywhere else, for this fair a price, highly recommend.

Highly recommend. Louise was very friendly and knowledgeable. I went for a pregnancy massage at 29 weeks after a bit of back pain had started and came away feeling very relaxed with lots of really useful advice and stretches to do at home. Have already booked my next appointments :)

Fantastic appointment with Louise. I couldn’t recommend enough. Currently 20 weeks pregnant and suffering with back pain. Louise was able to identify my pain points and work on them all within the first appointment. I was so impressed I booked a further 3 sessions. Also love that you can book and amend online. Louise responded to a post I’d put reaching out for some help for a shoulder problem I’d been experiencing from breastfeeding & mum day to day duties. She managed to fit me in for an appointment and it was the best thing I did. She was approachable, professional, very knowledgable and targeted my problem area whilst also working around the area. I felt confident that she knew exactly what I needed and exactly what to do. The extra breastfeeding tips & stretch advise was super helpful and made the appointment way more than your standard sports massage. I contacted Louise due to a very sore neck and upper back. She was able to accommodate me for a massage which I was incredible grateful for.My back and neck already feel so much better!
