I had building works done and wanted to keep my open-plan living area which entailed having to comply with current fire regulations. This was achieved by getting Apsis Fire Safety to install and maintain a Myst fire suppression sprinkler system with a small pump & resevoir underneath my stairs which supplies discreet sprinkler heads placed strategically around my living and stairwell area. The whole installation went without a hitch and an annual maintenance check ensures that the system is functioning as it should in case of a worst case scenario of a fire breaking out occurs. Kostas and his team are consummate professionals and very friendly to boot.

More expensive than competitors and extremely slow to respond to issues. I’ve had a beeping sound from the machine for over a week with no resolution and when I’ve asked for instructions in writing to send to my builders the response was ‘I’ve sent too many emails today so not putting instructions in writing’. Terrible service!

Supplied an upgrade to our existing mist system, providing options to do so, with different price points. Install went well and resolved the issues at hand. Engineer was friendly and thorough. Took out a service contract for ease going forward. Would recommend their services.
