This company were a joy to deal with! They were extremely helpful right from the start and were full of great advice. The only problem was trying to choose which outdoor furniture we wanted as they have the most amazing selection to choose from. We could not be pleased with our sofas and coffee table. that were delivered this morning and coffee table as the quality is incredible and they look so smart. The delivery was impeccable snd all the trouble they took was outstanding. I would highly recommend this company.

How do you write a glowing review in a just a few words ... just can't do it !!!We have had the pleasure of doing a little bit of business with Encompass over the past year, and in our case it was a little, not a lot. I am very late in posting this, but wanted to make sure I did! Simon Ray, the Managing Director, helped me tremendously last summer when I wanted to have some outdoor furniture shipped to the US. It was not an easy task, but Simon worked with me and everyone else involved to make it happen. The furniture arrived safely and packaged so well-we knew it would be intact and it was. We have been enjoying it since-amazing quality, amazing service.

What a great customer experience from browsing the website, finalising choices, placing our order and receiving delivery of our new garden furniture. Simon was a fantastic help and kept us informed about delivery schedules. The delivery people were prompt, polite and professional and unpacked and set up the furniture, taking away all the packaging. It really was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I would recommend them to anyone. We love our new furniture and it was exactly as we expected even though we had not been able to see it in the showroom before we bought it. We are delighted with the Vondom garden furniture we puchased from Encompass. Despite the restrictions imposed due to the current virus, we received delivery this week. All round, the service was excellent.

Simon is beyond ethical. There were shipping delays due to the pandemic, and it was hard to know how legitimate things were during such a time, and it all turned out so beautifully. The material these products are made of will last more than my lifetime. When you realize their durability, it is actually feels a tremendous discount, over time. I'm so glad we followed through.
