Great service by LM Plumbing. I needed three radiators replaced and the pipework sorted out. Luke came round to quote and Tom carried out the work - both were great, and extremely helpful with any questions I had. Always on time, friendly and professional. Emma also kept me up to date with the whole process which was great. A very trustworthy company that I will be using for all other work I need. Highly recommend. Thank you!

I called LM Plumbers to quote for a boiler replacement. Luke came out the next day to look at my property in Stourport and advised on the best system. He was so helpful and based on the other reviews I'd read, I felt confident they'd do a great job.The engineer Sam who performed the work was very polite and left my property immaculate after the job was compete. I can't recommend this team enough!

I needed to replace an aging central heating boiler in the cellar with a new combi-boiler in a new location on the first floor. It was a big job with rerouting & upgrading of gas and water pipes that required taking up the floor boards, which in an old Victorian house can be a real pain. However, LM Plumbers completed the job efficiently with minimal disruption, and to an excellent standard of workmanship. The quote was turned around in 24 hours and the job completed and the boiler commissioned on time, with just a two week wait from accepting the quote to starting the job. Thanks to Luke, Sam, Tom & Fleur for all your hard work.

We've used LM Plumbers for two annual boiler services and a boiler repair. We'll definitely be asking them back next time and if ever we need a reliable plumber, we'll be calling them. Their communication is good, the plumber respectful and, as we discovered this year, they're prepared to come out quickly when something goes wrong - in our case a rubber 'O' ring that had failed. I'm happy to give LM Plumbers 5 stars because I cannot fault their service and customer care.

Arranged for a visit to look at a faulty shower initially booked for Friday. They called to say they made mistake on calendar and so agreed to be booked for the following week instead, so fine, had no issues at this time. Then they texted just the day before the arranged time to cancel as they don't want to take on any more work. This is highly disappointing and unprofessional as they could have said that much earlier on instead of wasting our time. Now we've wasted a week and will need to look for someone else more reliable. They go on the list to not bother trying ever again in future and never to recommend.

LM sent one of their heating engineers, Sam, to carry out a service on our central heating boiler. His work was excellent, clean, tidy, and very thorough. He carried out a much more comprehensive service than previous companies had provided. They also provided me with a full written report. Last but not least it was excellent value for money! I will certainly be using them for my next annual service.
