ROKA Dental

I cannot recommend Roka Dental enough! I was super anxious as I haven’t been to a dentist in years. But when I had my first visit all the staff were amazing. I cannot thank Alastair and Charlotte enough with my first visit a few months ago as I was so nervous. I have now finished my treatment and I have an amazing new smile which I never imagined it would look this good. I’m so happy I found Alastair as I would of never done this treatment without him.

My partner visited your surgery today after many years of putting off dental check ups due to past trauma! How you have changed that! Alastair and Charlotte were incredible - professional, reassuring and understanding. I’ve never heard my partner say “I’m going back to the dentist” but since seeing you, he’s no longer afraid and booking his next visit! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

We visited this week and had an appointment with Raj the orthodontist at Roka. Firstly we were greeted by the lovely receptionists who were really attentive and very quick at seeing us and ensuring that everything was ok.We then went and saw Raj who was brilliant. Introduced himself and spoke mainly to my son who is 12 and who the appointment was for.He explained everything that he was doing to the both of us and also explained what treatment plans could look like. Ensured that we had lots of time to answer questions. He was really approachable and funny! Really put my son who was worried about the appointment at ease.Really happy with all the experience at ROKA and the surgery is really lovely, warm and welcoming. Highly recommend.

My first time there with my son, and a wonderful experience. The surgery is super clean and all staff are very welcoming. My son was a little anxious going in, but Dr Harry Rupal was great. Very welcoming and accommodating! He talked to my son throughout the whole process and kept me in the loop of what was being done. Easy to talk to and great with kids! A brilliant dentist. I went to this dentist a few weeks ago and was very pleased with the excellent service I received.As a very nervous patient I was put at ease very quickly. The dentist Alastair was so calming and reassuring.Nowadays everything is rushed but I was treated with patience and understanding which gave me trust in them.My next appointment is already booked and I am confident ( unusual for me) that it will go wellI would highly recommend them especially if you're nervous like me.

I’d like to share my experience of visiting this lovely practice with my two year old daughter today. We saw a dentist named Harry who was extremely patient, kind and thorough while checking out her teeth. I was unsure how she would be as it was her first time visiting the dentist, but it was a complete success! The clinic is immaculate and all of the staff were so friendly and welcoming. As someone who has always been self conscious and highly anxious about dentist visits I was in a state when I suddenly needed an emergency appointment! After calling a few practices near home, and being told flatly they can’t help me - I came across ROKA and I am so glad I did.I got a same day emergency appointment and I was met with such kindness and reassurance from Alastair and the team at Roka. Alastair is always very kind, explains what is happening so clearly and is a natural at checking my well-being throughout which is so reassuring. I have had a few visits since and have not felt the usual anxiety I used to get.I will continue to happily drive half an hour from home to go to Alastair and ROKA for all my and my family’s dentistry needs.

Wonderful dentist! Instantly puts you at ease and talks through each stage of the initial assessment. Explains everything in detail when discussing treatment options and instills confidence. I have already booked two further appointments.Additionally the environment itself feels calm and the receptionist is very welcoming, friendly and approachable as was the dental nurse during my assessment. This is what I look for; professionalism and genuinely interested and friendly staff. I can confidently say that this is in abundance here.

Amazing dental practice. I cannot praise ROKA enough. We have as a family been to various dentists in the MK area over the years, but this one really is brilliant. The staff are all lovely, and they offer a wide range of treatments, which gives you lots of choice and options which I feel is lacking at some practices. For example, I had a root canal treatment years ago which had failed. At other practices I was given one option for treatment, whereas here various different options were all presented to me. I had plenty of time to ask questions and make my decision and didn't feel rushed, or pressured.They are brilliant with my daughter too and she now actually looks forward to going to the dentist, which I am incredibly grateful for!

I have avoided the dentist for over 10 years. I was anxious and nervous. As soon as I arrived I knew I had made the right decision, the receptionist staff are warm and welcoming. My first appointment was with Alistair. He was engaging and reassuring. He took his time to understand my worries and spoke in way that was clear, informative but not overwhelming. I left that day feeling so good, knowing my teeth worries could be resolved. My second appointment was with Amelia. I was met with the same kindness and understanding from my first appointment. She took her time to explain what was going on, made sure I was totally comfortable and relaxed. She then performed what can only be explained as a miracle on my teeth. It looks like she’s taken my old ones out and put new ones in! She has transformed my smile and given me back my confidence. I have just left my second appointment with her and to say I am over the moon is an understatement. The work Amelia has done and continues to do is transformative. A million thank yous! I am actually looking forward to going back!
