Oak Furnitureland

I have no complaint with the staff at this store.They did their job extremely well. The same cant be said for the aftersales service.I spent over £3000 with Oak Furnitureland and had absolutely zero after sales service. One of the sofas I bought arrived dirty at both ends because the sofa had'nt been packed properly. I was told when I called the helpline they would send someone out to restore it.i.e.clean it. That was three weeks ago and no one has even called me . In desperation I called the shop,they sent an email to their head office but told me they had no authority over after sales service .So for reliability Oak Furniture Land scores zero . Wont use them again

nice quiet browsing experience with out the high pressure sell. great selection of lesther and fabric couches, sofas and easy chairs to try out. Furniture and accessories are spread across the upper and ground floors, lots of bedroom and office furniture to browse.not sure if there is a lift (elevator) between floors.oh and the sales team were very helpful.

Ordered 3 items, took 2 months to get a delivery slot. This was cancelled so given another slot. Waited in all day. Delivery was supposed to be between 10-1, spent over a hour on hold to customer service to be told the driver is running behind schedule but would be delivered on that date. Had a phone call at 4:30 to say they won’t be delivering that day as the driver has run out of time. Just had a phone call from customer service to rebook delivery only to have to wait another 3 weeks for delivery. Awful company

So far excellent customer service. My items haven't arrived yet but I'm looking forward to receiving them. I'm told they come already built that's a real bonus.I'll recommend. Lovely smiling faces to welcome you and they go out of their way to make you comfortable. Yes no veneer there!

i was shopping in your store when a man called wayne tried to lure me into your toilets because he had a suprise" i quickly ran and he started to chase me with his top off showing off his belly roles

Very pushy and intrusive salesman. Followed me round the ground floor and then waited for me at the bottom of the stairs. Found a great coffee table but walked out without buying it. Awful shopping experience.

I would totally recommend this store I found the staff extremely helpful nothing to much trouble for Luke who I dealt with.The store is beautifully laid out and everything clean and well looked after stylish mock up rooms everything clearly signed.I would also like to thank the guys who delivered my furniture who were pleasant professional and careful in my home.Well done I will be back

What arrogant staff as soon as you get through the door they are on to you and keep following you with the sales patter, one little midget swore at me and threatened me, mind you he did have three assistants there to aid him.My advice is keep away from here as they are desperate for a sale and annoy you from the minute you walk in, Luckily I managed to get what I wanted next door at DFS and cheaper.

Untrustworthy. On purchase offered two free gifts. Then told only eligible for one. After much discussions it was agreed to honour original offer of two items. On delivery advised that both free gifts had been withdrawn from order. Spoke with customer services who were requested to remove delivery and refund monies. Very helpful and offered to deliver free gifts as agreed with original salesman on day of purchase.
