Fantastic stay in the new Sonata Hut. Beautiful decor in the hut with the added luxuries..slippers on arrival in the hut as well as a welcome pack of cookies, coffee, teas, and lovely toiletries which goes along way and appreciative. Plus the chocolates as well very kind!Under floor heating was a treat too after returning from being out walking.A box outside the hut to put dirty walking boots in which kept them dry was a bonusCouldn't fault the hut at all.First time we stayed in a shepherds hut and wont be the last.We really enjoyed the stay and could have stayed longer. Location was excellent for peace and quite but yet near for lovely walks.It was so relaxing and peaceful. Can't wait to return.Claire and Andy lovely couple nothing was too much trouble if we needed anything.

Fabulous stay in the Florence hut, everything has been thought of to make your stay comfortable. The hut is well equipped for self catering but there’s a wide choice of restaurants and pubs close by if you’d rather not cook. It’s peaceful and calm here and the beds are luxurious for a good nights sleep. A few other things:*The shower is powerful and hot.*Theres a table and two chairs for eating outside*It feels private, sitting in its own little paddock looking out into the field*You can walk to a pub serving food or catch the bus right outside taking you to Ripon or Harrogate.We loved our stay, it was excellent value and we will hopefully return. Great hosts - thank you!

Absolutely wonderful stay. Very welcoming hosts, who are knowledgable about the area. COVID precautions are excellent, and felt very reasurred by their steps to minimise risk. Would recommend without hesitation to anyone looking for a calm get away, with easy access to the beauty of the Nidderdale AONB and Yorkshire.
