Join us for Pole Fitness & Pole Dance, Aerial Silks, Hoop, Hammock, Rope, Trapeze & Straps, as well as Bungee, Yoga and more. Our ain is to provide a fun fitness class for every body, from the tranquility of Flexibility Flow, to the adrenaline rush of Aerial Acrobatics. Went to kitty velour’s workshop and it was amazing. The pole shed have 45 and 50 poles and their studios are clean and spacious. Will definitely come back!

Such a great environment, all the instructors are down to earth and fun and everyone is made to feel welcome to matter their ability or where they are on their pole/aerial journey. The studio and the equipment is clean and well-cared for and there’s a great variety of lessons on offer, as well as intermittent special workshops and guest instructors. Good value for your money as well, all the classes have a small capacity so the instructors can make sure every student is getting the support and instruction they need during the class. A great place to make new friends and learn new skills!

The teachers are great and make everyone feel welcome/supported - such an inclusive group that it doesnt matter what level you're at!The studio itself is lovely - clean, open space.Great value for money too and so much variety with the lessons offered.
