I really enjoy the artist development programme and have learned so much. Matthew is great and knowledgable about all aspects of the music industry. He will push you to be the best artist you can be. He is very easy to work with, listens to your ideas and works with you to find out what kind of artist you want to be and what kind of songs you want to create.The 360 studio is also great, modern and so much fun to record songs in. I would tell anyone wanting to start out in the music industry to do this programme!

I have recorded many songs with Matthew at 360 artist development he is an expert when it comes to mixing and mastering music of any genre, i have enjoyed the experience i have had with Matthew and very much enjoy the vocal booth, he has all the high tech equipment needed to get great recordings done and the quality of the recordings are superb. I've been working with Matthew since 2014 and in that time I have benefited from his vocal coaching, expertise in the music industry and perhaps most importantly (to me), his constructive feedback in relation to my songwriting. I completed two years on the artist development programme, culminating in the release of an album of original songs in September 2017, for six of which I wrote the lyrics.
