I started OFM classes over two years ago - I have attended both classes with my children and bootcamps solo in the evening. Before I started, I didn't really exercise but now I feel so much stronger and fitter. I love the classes and Nat is always so encouraging and welcoming to everyone. I would highly recommend giving the classes a go!

I started going to Natalie’s classes 4 months post partum and I’ve been going 2 times a week ever since - ten months later it’s now such an integral part of my life I don’t know what I would do without it! She’s managed to create the most welcoming, supportive environment where women lift each other up, help each other and even on a bad day you know you’ll always leave feeling better. Nat empowers others to be the best version of themselves. These classes have been so key for my mental health and there are always options and progressions in the workouts which mean I’m still being challenged physically months later. It’s hard to put into words how life changing Onefitmama has been for me. Thank you.

The most welcoming group for Women to start their fitness journey. A positive, secure safe space for Mum and Baby/toddler. However, One fit mama is not solely for mums and baby’s, any female can join!I wish I found OFM sooner.

The place EVERY mummy should go, whether it’s to get back into exercise, staying moving while pregnant, or just for your own mental health, OFM is the biggest safe space. I can’t recommend it enough. It’s been one of my favourite ever decisions. And if I could rate more stars I would.

The most welcoming and supporting class, I have been supported in my fitness process and pushed to increase my strength and balance.My little boy has enjoyed his sessions and made new friends as well as mummy making lots of lovely new friends.

I first began going to Onefitmama whilst pregnant. I have been a regular gym user for many years, but I needed the support on exercising safely. Nat has created an amazing, welcoming, environment, with a can do attitude, to movement whilst pregnant. This gave me the opportunity to workout to the end of my pregnancy and that I credit to a speedy recovery post emergency c section.Not many places gives mums the ability to workout with babies. But Nat has created the perfect place to feel comfortable enough to do so. This influences the health and recovery of mums, but will one day create a team of babies, positively influenced by seeing their mum exercising. She’s always on hand when it comes to comforting and entertaining our babies.I couldn’t recommend a class more.

110% recommend that you join one, if not more of Nats classes! If you have even the slightest doubt just go! She is literally amazing. She is so welcoming and has created such a fantastic opportunity for mums and women to exercise and keep fit. Not only that there are such a lovely bunch of welcoming women who join and the fact you can take you babies/toddlers/children with you makes it even more favourable! She's fab at keeping them entertained while you work out and has fab circuits that are different every week! She's also great at encouraging you to keep going and honestly I wished I'd have done these classes so much sooner! Nat you are amazing!

Me and my daughter love going to One Fit Mama. At the moment I go twice a week and it’s done wonders for both my fitness and my mental health. It’s so lovely to be part of a community with such strong and inspiring women. Cannot recommend it enough.

The BEST classes for women!! The best fitness classes I’ve ever come across! I’ve only been going for apx 6 months- lost nearly 4 stone but gained a whole lot more!Not only does Nat know what she’s doing, her postpartum knowledge is outrageous but the whole space Nat as created is incredible. A safe space for any woman to join. And if you have a baby/toddler- Nats the best at cuddles! Ha!You’ll see your fitness levels soar, aswell as your confidence, friendships, motivation and inspiration.You’ll wish you started sooner - like me! X
