Absolutely awful customer service. After ordering a vegetarian dish as a strict vegetarian, and for them to confirm order to be given meat dish that was bitten into before realising it was meat. To take it back and get blamed for it with no apology or solution. Only to be told no refund because we couldn't remember order number and told to take it away and to go away was ridiculous. I ended up eating meat being a strict religious vegetarian only to think whe. We made it very clear we wanted the veggie option. Imagine someone was allergic to something say nuts to be told no nuts but when you eat it had nuts in it to get a bad allergic reaction, and they take no blame is outrageous.

Don't you dare eat anywhere else! This is the best place at bang bang, and the lady who serves you is an angel.Cannot recommend highly enough, you may have to wait but good things come to those who wait. Love this place. (Portions are massive too)

Seeing all the positive reviews, I honestly expected more from this place. However, I was faced with disappointment when the food arrived, as although the portion was very big, the chicken was slightly undercooked in some places, and it was very oily. The service was also very slow, and I had to wait quite a while for the food to be prepared. So overall, I would say that it's not the worst, however there are much better places to choose from.

A very busy food court during the w-ends. Plenty of options at this stall, couldn’t decide! Settled on the fried chicken with noodles. Fried chicken was flavourful, crispy and the meat was juicy and moist, one of the best so far. Sadly the noodles let this dish down, it was lacking in flavour. It also came with a portion of shredded lettuce which l though didn’t really complement this dish. A sort of tangy salad would balance out the fried chicken since it’s oily. I would certain order the fried chicken again.

Ordered the Dynamite Fried Chicken with noodles, I was impressed with the portion size - It would be perfect for 3 or 4 people! The fried chicken was extra crispy and flavorful, the dynamite sauce was sweet and complements well with the salty flavor of the chicken. I love the salad on the side too. You get to choose between rice and noodles, but I strongly recommend the noodles as they were delicious. I think Hakka is one of the popular places at Bang Bang Oriental Food hall, a lot of tables had been ordering their dishes.

AVOID THIS PLACE- There are much better Chinese restaurants in Bang Bang.Ordered the Salt and Pepper Chicken and it was by far the blandest Chinese food I've ever had. Rubbery tasteless chicken and unsalted chips - for £11, you would expect better.The woman at the till was extremely dismissive when I complained and said there was nothing she could do because I had tried the food, 'its down to personal taste' and instructed me to add the ketchup and sweet and sour sauce to it to make it taste better!

Was served chicken when ordering vegetarian option. Took it back to ask for a swap after I ate a bite and lady did not apologise at all, was horribly rude didn’t offer a refund or swap to veggie option until multiple requests after she finally offered to swap to a veggie dish. Very upset that firstly I was served a meat dish and secondly the fact that I was not apologised to but rather was dealt with very very rudely by the female staff and she blamed me for ordering the wrong option when it was a clear error on her part for serving a meat dish. Never have I received such horrible customer service. She shouted at me basically blamed me and took no accountability at all horrible service especially in the case of dietary requirements a simple apology could have gone a long way vs the horrible customer service I received. Absolutely awful

Had the Vegetarian kung-Po Chicken and would say its okay but a tad bit too sweet. The chilli oil was a good addition but the quantity of it wasn't enough for the portion of the main dish(quite generous there).Would've gone for another half star if the takeaway box didn't have an extra charge associated to it. For the price being paid for the dish, I don't think a charge for the takeaway box is justified. Another bummer is that they had a cash only payment option.
