Absolutely great service, everything can be done digitally. Andre is very helpful and is great with advice and working with you to help you meet your needs. Really good pricing too, and it's a massive bonus that the insurance, padlock and such comes included in the price as a lot of other storage spaces I've looked at prior would charge these on top. Honestly, would highly recommend.

Good, clean, dry containers which we used for storage while our home and shop were moved. Very accessible and good space for loading etc. Manned during working hours but coded gate for out of hours which was very useful.

We needed some extra space for our running club. Andre worked quickly to find us the best deal available. The price was good/competitive and we moved our stuff in the same day. Andre is really helpful. The location is great, security is excellent with easy 24 hour access. Good stuff.

Andre was very quick to help us out with a last minute container rental and couldn't have been more welcoming and professional when we arrived. The unit was clean and ready and we were able to take all the time we needed to unload and pack things away (plenty of outdoor space to help with this) before completing the remaining paperwork. Excellent communication from the start. Andre was very friendly and helpful, lockers were large, clean and easy to find and the site seems safe. Very happy with choosing them as they are excellent value for money compared to other Swindon storage facilities.

Andre was fantastic! I didnt know in the week when I would need the container. I realised I needed it over the weekend and the reception wouldn't be open. Andre made sure I could get in touch over the weekend, which was above and beyond, so I could start using the container on a Sunday.When I arrived it was spacious and the size that Andre had recommended was perfect. You can drive in and back up your vehicle to the container entrance, which makes it easier than the storage areas where you need to wheel everything in and then go up stairs or lifts.Andre had left the keys and all the relevant information for us in the container so was easy to start using.He also emailed over the forms for us to fill in and leave for him in the week, so a great level of trust and excellent service. All done over the phone took Id and address proof walk site everything very professional explained road surface where damaged will be repaired mon/tues so they don’t take your money and forget about you they re invest in site which is very clean and tidy

So far so excellent - took out my lock-up yesterday and started filling it up today (could have started yesterday if I wanted). Facilities are as described and personal customer service has been great. You can drive right up to your container which is a massive bonus over other lock-ups I have had before. No hesitation in recommending .

I have received a very friendly helpful response at Swindon Space Program. The containers are new and in perfect condition. The paperwork was completed efficiently and with minimum fuss. I was shown how to use the padlock and how to open and close the container. Any questions I had were answered. I also received a welcome pack with crisps, two bars of chocolate and an Ice cold bottle of water. I had been travelling over an hour and a half in a lorry so this was a real bonus. i have also used the transit van they have on site for moving furniture and equipment at minimal costs which is a huge help.i highly recommend this service and the friendly manner of the staff.
