Brian of Swanson's services where recommended to us when our domestic boiler began leaking and then stopped working altogether leaving us fearing to huge cost of having to replace our boiler suddenly just before Christmas as well as being in tier 4 of COVID restrictions.He arrived punctually as arranged & persevered to fix the boiler. He could have just said we needed a new boiler at a huge cost to us, but instead he tested all to components until he found what was at fault. With great difficulty, due to the date, he sourced the replacement parts, while being in constant contact us to keep us in the delivery time loop.The job was completed on the 23rd of December without any hassle saving us hundreds of pounds and only requiring payment when we were confident the boiler was working properly.I can only say in a cynical world where service is often in short supply, Brian’s efforts where true tohis word as well as being reassuring & pleasant to have working in our home the cost wascompletely fair, In a word he cared.I would highly recommend Brian to anyone who requires plumbing or boiler services.A five star plus service.

It’s the end of November 2020, Christmas is nearly upon us and we are in “Lock Down”, what other pressure do we need? How about a split in our very large hot water cylinder!!One phone call to Brian Watson of Swanson Plumbing & Heating and he immediately came to our rescue!The new tank has been fitted, we have wonderful hot water and the airing cupboard floor is drying out.Great Service from a very friendly and professional gentleman. My boiler had burst and despite it being Brian's weekend off, he dropped everything including quality time with his family to fit a new boiler for me. Within a week strangely my elderly In-Laws had the same issue and again he helped out straight away. His work ethic is second to none and it means the world to me that he was so willing to drop everything to help me resolve these issues.
