Perhaps the best lamb curry I've had. The parathas were fresh and delicious too. Buffet option available for £16 approx and kids at half price. Can't wait to eat there again. Staff are super friendly. Mishti (dessert) was pretty good too. Recommend!

Authentic, top quality Bangladeshi food! We came for a family meal (open on Christmas day) and the food and service was top quality. There was a range of fresh cooked curries, constantly topped up.It was very busy (unsurprising with the quality of food) but food and service did not suffer at all. We had the buffet - the food was flavourful, plentiful and really good quality. There were samosas, pakoras, wings etc for starters and a range of curries, rice and naan for main. There were also a large range of vegetable sides/salads and some Bangladeshi sweets to finish. A large range of food catering for all.I am really surprised with some of the negative reviews below. I can only assume they ate somewhere else and were mistaken.Special mention to our waiter Ahmed - he was very attentive and regularly checked to see if we had everything we needed. Thanks a lot!

I have been coming here for years it's a very nice restaurant, very friendly staff. If you are looking for great Bangladeshi food or buffet, this is the place to come it's not a fancy place, and the price reflects that I believe that a buffet with one drink is currently £16 per person when I started coming here it was £10 that's how long I have been coming here. They are not a global food buffet restaurant they specialize in Bengali cuisine. If you wish, you can come and try some dishes that are made at home, and you will probably not find it in a restaurant. The video I took was at a busy time they are constantly topping up containers. Hence, you will see some of the containers half empty or missing.

Food topnotchAwesome ServicesBeen there few timesDeffo going backUpdate:I'm not happy with the food quality at all on my last visit... its like stuffed but not satisfied... taste were very dull and completely different than last few visits... you can tell it wasn't the regular chef who cooked the dishes... not sure if I wanna go back again!

Authentic Bangladeshi food and cheap price. This is my first time trying their tea, very unique taste, with milk and bit sweet favor, but not makes you feel too much. Worth a try.

I had the buffet at £15.99 per head. It was a quiet, rainy day, so we had good service, the restaurant had very few customers. You get a can of drink or bottle of water in the price. The items on the buffet menu were very limited for the asking price. However, we had a decent meal. The tandoori wings and pilau rice were nice, vegetable samosa was cold, but tasted ok. The chicken and lamb curry did not taste fresh. It was a couple of days old. Daal and fried ruhi fish were good. The sweet dishes were gulab jamun and rice pudding. They were good, but I would have liked more options.I have dined at other bengali restaurants in the street. This is a better one, and I would happily return. The waiters were helpful and friendly. Bathroom facilities are good. There is a changing table in the ladies' room, if you have a baby.

It was amazing to have so many Bangladeshi food at the same time. So many vortas, fish, daal, and pure Bengali food without a doubt I had a very nice meal. However, I did not like their meat item as I did not feel they were freshly cooked. But I went for Vortas they were awesome. They can improve the dessert taste. According to me, the items were sufficient for that price but still had room to improve. Service was good, friendly stuff. So overall it was worth the money. Would love to go back again ❤️.

Great place for bengali style snacks and bengali food buffet, very reasonable price and staff always eager to help.Went for some chana and fiazi - Daler bora or Bengali Lentil fritters. With a few samosas and masala chai.
