Absolutely amazing service!I hired a costume from them for Hallowe'en. The shipped it to me the day before with a return label for me to send it back the day after.Everything was very smooth from start to finish and Sabine was very helpful and communicative throughout. Highly recommended!

Honestly don’t waste your time with any other business for mascots this is the best business for this!Spent nearly two weeks looking for mascot costumes for my nephews baby shower and all the business I contacted were either rude or not active.This business was efficient and extremely professional and made this process soo smooth.I got the Peter rabbit mascot costume and everyone loved it and was a massive hit.I can’t praise this business enough and will definitely recommending it to everyone I know.

The quality of the costume was brilliant, clean and well packaged.Another good thing is now you can get decorations at the same place too. Best costume hire place I’ve ever tried. The staff are amazing, friendly and so helpful. It’s really easy to rent a costume with very flexible return policy. Such an awesome fancy dress shop and the service is soooo great!!!All I can say that , Good people, great deal amount of fancy costumes! From small bits and bobs to full on rent-for-a-week outfits, super neat and tidy. Will be back!
