A wonderful combination of music therapy to actively listen and map our immediate surroundings and art therapy to visualise sound and connect with our inner guide. Incredibly grateful for the journey we have been on with Fiona. It's not always easy to measure what is happening in therapy. Reflecting some months after therapy ended I can now clearly see the fruit of this work. Fiona instills belief, acceptance and hope until you find it for yourself.
