I had to MOT my vehicle today. I rang early and managed to get a MOT booked for the same day. They were extremely helpful. And got my vehicle sorted with no drama and got it to pass. The customer service I recieved was fantastic. Really welcoming and a really great job. Thank you for your hard work!

My van had broken down a few miles away and they managed to fit me in, diagnose the fault, order the parts and have the van fixed in less than 5 days. They then held onto the van for me until I could get back to pick it up with me living quite far away. Couldn’t ask for a better service.

I have used Western Way Garage for an MOT, servicing and an electrical problem. They take care todiagnose the problem then explain what needs to be done and with my agreement carry out the work efficiently and at a reasonable and fair price. The staff are always friendly and approachable.

This garage is great. My car ignition was intermittently failing and I was far from home. One of the mechanics, Chris, squeezed me into his already full schedule to look over my car. He identified and sorted the problem very quickly. He also gave me repair advice on the car for the future. An honest and conscientious mechanic. Recommended.

Took my wife's car in for some welding work. Really nice and very helpful staff, did a cracking job and managed to book me in quickly too. Cheaper than I expected which was a pleasant surprise! Would recommend without hesitation.

I’d like to thank the team, I visited first thing Tuesday morning as the shield underneath was falling off. They did an inspection and fixed within 20 minutes. Top class service, I will definitely be coming back for services and repairs. Thank you again

Superb service from Ross, he fitted me in for a mot and oil change at very short notice and nothing was a problem. Great job by the technical team too as they reset my headlight beam without charge to ensure it passed and was ready for me. Good old fashioned customer care!

I was working on fitting a kitchen next door to the garage recently and needed my rear brake caliper repaired as it was seized! After speaking to the garage they booked me in for the following day. Completed the job in half a day and returned the car in perfect working order. No hassle good price. Would definitely recommend! 5 stars
