Cain was very helpful and knowledgeable. He really goes the extra mile for his customers. I think the store are lucky to have a member of staff like him.He set up a new phone contract for my business partner having two lines- one for business, the other for personal use.I’ll be going back when my phone is due for an upgrade.

Best service I have ever gotten at any EE store. I was welcomed and served immediately. The team are very helpful with great knowledge about their products and services.The team gave me great advice and upgraded my contract with in minutes. There was no hassle or stress.The manager and his team gave me great advice and I walked away a very happy customer with a great phone contract. I will recommend this store to my family and friends. Very professional team.

Walked in and waited 15 minutes because the staff has been talking to some customers. I left and came back an hour later and all 3 staff members were talking to the same customers from an hour ago!

Came into shop yesterday with my husband who needed a mobile phone. He is 80 and gets flustered with technical things. Cain was great and very understanding. He found a phone and made it more user friendly for my husband. Also thanks to Brett a fellow Scot.

Not friendly people, no smile no hello , yawning while speaking to me , looking at there phones while helping me, the young guy in there did not want to help me , bad service

Recently got a new phone and broadband through this store. All the staff were very friendly, very helpful and more than willing to give us there time and energy to get us what was best for my wife and I along with the best deals they could offer.Due to some delivery errors, the phone took longer to arrive then what was originally estimated, but they were very quick to mate it up to me with more deals.I felt well taken care of by everyone working there, from start to finish they went beyond the basic acceptable service. I recommend this branch of EE, because I really felt that they put a huge emphasis on looking after the customer.
