This particular BK was near a river. It had lovely views and also outside tables. I picked Angus Whopper with smokey mozzarella. Unfortunately I didn't care for that particular cheese. I should have asked for American cheese. Also because you go to self serve ordering sometimes choices aren't there. Regardless my meal was fine.

People don't acknowledge you, cold inside.NEVER go her for drive thru as its always closed and they have coldest food so went over road and queue at mcdonalds.This place needs a huge overhaul already.

We waited 25mins for our order, because they were having problems cooking the meat - i wish we had been told this at tone of placing the orderAlot of drinks on the menu wernt available.But the food was nice, well presented, and hot.

The single worst Burger King I have ever had the displeasure of visiting.The staff were inattentive and more interested in joking around than serving. The wait for food was in excess of 30 mins from ordering mostly caused by an insane number of delivery orders holding the whole thing up.The place had less life in it than the local morgue and was a thoroughly miserable place.To add insult to injury when the food arrived it was cold, the drinks were warm and the portion sizes were pathetic. No wonder the McDonalds down the road was overflowing, it would have been worth the wait just to have something worth eating.Overall unimpressed and very disappointed. Would have complained but the line of people waiting for food was unbearably long.

Long wait despite only 3 customers. Overlooked my order. When requested they proceeded to press a regular sized burger from a quarter pounder which was sat around in a tray, using a drinks cup to cut the shape. Burger was stone cold. Absolutely unbelievable

Best bk ever and here’s why. Come here often and the staff are excellent. Always uplifting and joyful. Fun to be around and looks like a good working environment. Food is made fresh and a great selection of drinks. Very clean toilets. Clean and quiet store with great atmosphere. Highly recommend!!!

Wake up Burger King, the whole experience is dismissal, no wonder they're always empty. Cold food, poor signage, and uncomfortable seating. Give yourselves a shake Burger King and wake up.
