What a wonderful emporium! As a relatively new owner of a campervan I had a long list of bits and pieces that I needed. Excellent advice from cleaning my water system to levelling blocks...this shop has everything...or they can get it for you. We really enjoyed shopping with you and will do so again. Thank you!

Lovely camping and caravanning accessories shop. It's an Aladdin's cave for people who holiday in a tent, caravan or motorhome.Thank you to the lovely lady that spent t time with us and found the right fly screens for our classic Hymer for us and also for showcasing the foldable camping chair, we will be back soon .

Absolutely terrible customer service...well in fact no customer care at all. Placed an order on good faith. Order accepted. Then a refund was sent with no explanation, it just said not able to restock item.Low and behold....look on the website the item is in stock and available...BUT WAIT FOR IT....They had put the price up by £20 pounds. Technically they had accepted my order and should have honoured the price quoted on the website...but nothing at all in the way of sorry our mistake, the price was wrong. I just wish I could have put No Stars for this review but it won't let you. I won't be a customer who returns for customer less care.

This place is a Caravan and Camping emporium. They normally have what you need, down to the smallest clip to the biggest chair. If not the lady who runs and owns can either get it or will point you in the right direction. Her knowledge about the industry is second to none.This is always my first point of call if I need anything.

Fabulous service very helpful on phone, went to a lot of trouble to find what I wanted and rang back to confirm. Website easy to use parcel arrived securely wrapped in good time. Very happy would definitely use again.
