Tesla Centre Bournemouth

Attended a superb TESLA and IAM Roadsmart Event at Ferndown Centre recently. Haydn and Robbie from TESLA were great hosts. Hospitality couldn't be faulted. Loads of information about the cars and how they work. And a test drive thrown in too.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Tesla Center in Bournemouth for a test drive and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The team took the time to explain all the features of the vehicles and answer any questions I had.The showroom was spacious and had plenty of parking available. The office space was also great, as I was able to work while my car was serviced. The service team was excellent, they went above and beyond to answer any queries I had, and I felt that my car was in good hands.Overall, I had a great experience at the Tesla Center in Bournemouth and would highly recommend it to anyone interested in purchasing or servicing a Tesla. The friendly and knowledgeable staff, combined with the great facilities, make it an excellent choice for anyone in the market for an electric car.

Somebody will die for the sake of this dealership being in this location. Today at around 11:00am two Tesla's bombed out of this dealership continuing to overtake all of the traffic down New Road driving at disgusting speeds. Traffic and pedestrians just stunned. Driven like they were stolen and I'm sure some people probably called 999 to report it. The weren't stolen though as they were parked back at the dealership an hour later. Staff having fun? Rogue test driver? In any case it should be up to the dealership to prevent things like that happening. Crazy.

Ryan was fantastic and such a great help answering all the questions and would definitely return to see newer cars and extremely easy to book a test drive.

Your not just buying a car, but a lifestyle choice, an experience.The experience started with walking in and being met by such a different approach. These guys are not salesman, these guys are (in my words) technical 'Journey engineers', perhaps from a sales background, but it seems they understand how cringe traditional sales tactics is just off putting.The cars sell themselves, the team at Tesla Bournemouth simply guide through the journey of endless features on the car.These cars feel different because they are different. They break the status qou - for the right reasons!Start to finish, no pushy sales, just felt genuine assistance.So refreshing and made it easy to be genuine about where we were with changing our car, knowing each word isn't going to used against in some pushy sales tactic.Hayden was our point of contact, who, like I'm sure with the rest of the team was great help and very conscientious.Pop in, you can expect different yup other car dealerships.

Went there with some family and they loved the look of the cars and the people were great.Giving it 4 stars though because some of them said they could have worn more formal clothing to be in check with other automakers.

We visited the Tesla Centre over the weekend and were greeted by Haydn who provided an incredible experience for myself, partner and young daughter. What was supposed to be a quick look at the cars resulted in a hugely knowledgeable and personal demonstration, as well as test drive. Could not recommend the service and the technology highly enough!

Visited for service appointment. Dropped car off and left the key, updated via app and picked up no problem. Even charged the car while we were walking back.
