I can't express how pleased myself and my family are with the service company provides. We called them last minute in a emergency to clear all of our items out of storage because we had a 3 hour deadline otherwise we'd be charged another month's usage. No other company was available except this one and Bobby was just amazing. I have a broken hand and other injuries I'm recovering from so he literally would not let me lift a thing and he just took charge and moved everything with my brother into their van doing multiple trips and didn't slow down once. The biggest worry was our home cinema screen which weights around 200kg and they managed to move it without trouble and hours later everything was in my new property. If you want to move look no further. I would give this company 10 stars if I could simply based on their professionalism, care for your items, efficiency and kind Manners in general. I will only ever book them in future and I will be recommending them to everyone I know because they made such a stressful move look easy.

Absolutely amazing is all I can say. Made a call to them extremely late and last minute and they came without hesitation. We were able to get everything moved that night to make a deadline and even though it was very late they took just as much care as they would of as if it was during the day. Honestly can't thank them enough as it was seeming impossible but they made it happen.Would recommend them to any and everyone and we will definitely be using them again in the future.

These guys are genuinely amazing at what they do! I needed to move asap and after speaking to Bobby he was able to come round the next day and a managed to move all my stuff within an hour to a storage facility and pack it really nicely into the small space. They were really careful with my belongings and make sure everything was well protected and honestly just made me feel very comfortable and safe.Would 1000% book these guys again, they are super trustworthy and just great at what they do!

If I could give them 6 stars, I would. Bobby and the team weren't just lovely to deal with but they went above and beyond to make sure our move went as Smoovly as possible. We moved from a flat on the 4th floor with no lift and when our stuff ended by being more than the vans capacity, they made a second journey for us at no cost. I couldn't recommend them more.

Smoov Moves, we're fantastic in helping me and my family move from are flat in Forest Hill se23 to East London, everything was moved with the most care and attention to detail, as it was not a easy move with no lift access on either end. Bobby and the team were polite, professional and very hard working. I knew I had found the right company from the first phone call we had, as I felt at ease discussing the task at hand, as I'm sure you all know Moving can be a very stressful time. Even though our furniture was really difficult to menover due to a three story house, they continued without fuss and made sure everything was loaded undamaged and unloaded to my new home perfectly.They even positioned things exactly where we wanted them too, which I think is going the extra mile.Thanks for a stress free move.
